This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 550 days in payment of deficit court fee of Rs.750/- in filing the appeal. 2.Since, it is a matter between the Court and the appellants, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay, in payment of deficit Court fees, is condoned.
