Basakaran The General Manager, Administration, Puducherry Road Transport Corporation, Raja Nagar, Puducherry. ..Respondent Prayer: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to initiate Contempt proceedings against the respondents for having willfully disobeyed the order dated 07.11.2025 in W.P. ORDER

Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that subsequent to enquiry, the charges against the delinquent Office have been partially proved and therefore, a warning notice has been issued.
