ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 123, 111 of BNS Act read with Section 77 of Juvenile Justice Act and Section 8(c) read with Section 20(b) Page1 of 4 (ii)(A) of NDPS Act in connection with the Cr.No.184 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This Court vide order dated 15.10.2025, in Crl.O.P.No.26469 of 2025 had dismissed the anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner with the following observations:

“5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, taking note of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the nature of allegation and also the fact that huge quantity of contraband has been transported and though investigation is yet to be completed, this Court is of the view that if the petitioner is enlarged on anticipatory bail, she would indulge in similar offense. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.”

3. Now the petitioner is before this Court by way of the second anticipatory bail petitioner without any change in circumstances. Hence, I am not inclined to revisit the earlier.
