ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petition itself may be disposed of with a direction to respondents to complete the cleaning of temple tank within a stipulated period.
2. After hearing learned counsel for parties and going through
various documents and statements before this Court, we direct the authorities to ensure that the temple tank is cleaned, as early as possible, preferably within three months.
3. Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
