When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that though the petitioner has come up with this petition seeking to direct the respondent police to file the final report in Crime No.225 of 2025, the investigation in this case has already been completed and the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tambaram in CC.No.46 of 2026 as early as on 18.10.2025.
