ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 3 and 4 to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the properties morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, and also to transfer the patta in favour of the petitioner, based on his online application, dated 22.08.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Since the aforesaid petitioner’s online application has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. Page No.2 of 6

3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the

respondents 3 and 4 are directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner’s properties morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, which the petitioner claims that it is owned by him, after hearing the objections from the neighbouring land owners as well as any third party as they deem fit and thereafter, transfer the patta in favour of the petitioner, if he is entitled to be issued, in his name for the subject properties.

5. Accordingly, this Court directs the respondents 3 and 4 to

complete the survey and demarcation of boundaries of the properties morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner’s online application, dated 22.08.2025, after giving due consideration to the documents produced by the petitioner, and after hearing the objections, from the neighbouring land owners and any other third party, whom the respondents 3 and 4 deem it fit to enquire.

Page No.3 of 6 Thereafter, if the petitioner is found to be eligible, the 3 rd respondent shall transfer the patta for the sub-divided properties in favour of the petitioner. The respondents 3 and 4 are directed to complete the aforesaid exercise, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
