Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to directing the 1st respondent to take action on the appeal dated 26.11.2025 preferred as against the

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for an early disposal of his appeal dated 26.11.2025 pending on the file of the 1st respondent.

2. Aggrieved by the order date 25.08.2025 passed by the 3 rd

respondent, the petitioner had preferred an appeal before the 1 st Page No.2 of 6 respondent on 26.11.2025. Since the said appeal has not been disposed of till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if a direction

is issued to the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner’s appeal, dated 26.11.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, by adhering to the principles of natural justice.

5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s appeal dated 26.11.2025.

6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 1 st respondent

to dispose of the petitioner’s appeal, dated 26.11.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by adhering to the principles of natural justice. Page No.3 of 6
