PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita/Section 482 Cr.P.C., to call for the records in C.C.No.46 of 2025 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Jayamkondam and quash the same. ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and also made an endorsement to that effect. Further, he sought the indulgence of this Court, to dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court.

2. In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the

learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
