The review petition has been filed on the ground that while preparing the writ petition, some defects have crept in, in the cause title in as much as the address of the 2 nd respondent was wrongly shown. Therefore, petitioner seeks to review the judgment to that effect.

2. Heard the learned Government Pleader also.

3. After hearing both sides, I am inclined to review the

judgment to that extent and permitting the petitioner to correct the

cause title of the 2nd respondent as “Revenue Divisional Officer, Kozhikode Revenue Divisional Office, Civil Station, Wayanad Road, Eranhippalam, Kozhikode - 673 020”. Registry to incorporate necessary corrections in the writ petition as well as in the ledger.
