2. Petitioners are the owner in possession of 86 Ares 15 Sq.mtrs. of land comprised in Re.Sy.No.133/3, Block No.23 of Mulanthuruthy Village, Kanayannur Taluk and Ernakulam District.

3. Heard the learned Government Pleader also.
