Today when the matter came up for consideration, it is pointed out that the investigation in this case is already completed and a final report submitted. I such circumstances no further orders are necessary in this Crl.MC. Accordingly this Crl.MC is closed with out prejudice to the right of the petitioner to challenge the final report submitted in the said crime.
