This is an application for pre-arrest bail filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

2. Sri.Noushad K.A., the learned Public Prosecutor, submitted that no crime has been registered against the petitioner in Maradu Police Station. The said submission is recorded.

3. In view of the above, the apprehension of arrest expressed

by the petitioner in this application does not subsist. Therefore, this bail application is closed. However, in the event of any crime being registered against the petitioner before the Maradu Police Station, Ernakulam District; necessarily the procedure under Section 41A of Cr.P.C. shall be complied with.
