Admit. Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

2. The petitioner is working as HSST (Hindi). He was

appointed along with five other teachers as HSST (Hindi) but placed at the bottom of the list in the seniority list. His grievance is that he is elder in age and he should be treated as senior going by the provisions in Rule 37 of Chapter XIV A KER. The petitioner has preferred Ext.P9 revision challenging Ext.P8 and seeks early disposal of Ext.P9.

3. In view of the limited prayer made, the writ petition

is disposed of directing the 1 st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P9, after hearing the petitioner, the Manager and other affected parties, at the earliest, at any rate within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this

judgment.
