JUDGMENT

The petitioner came up so as to get an early disposal of the pending appeal on the ground that the petitioner is an age old lady. Hence, notice to the respondent is dispensed with. There will be a direction to the first appellate court to dispose of the matter as early as possible. The first appellate court shall advance the posting of the appeal to a nearby date, within one month from today, after notifying the date as per the procedure and shall dispose of the appeal within a time schedule of two months from that day.
