ORDER
When this bail application came up for consideration, the learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the final report in Crime No. 1221/2022 of Kottiyam Police Station is already filed. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there was an interim order from this Court not to arrest the petitioner. In the light of the fact that the final report is already filed, the petitioner is free to approach the competent jurisdictional court with appropriate application for bail, if not already appeared and if such an application is received, the competent court will consider the same in the light of the fact that there was an interim order from this Court during BAIL APPL.
