When the matter was taken up for consideration on 28.02.2023, there was no representation for the petitioner and the matter was posted today(01.03.2023) for appearance of the petitioner. Even today, there was no appearance. The learned Standing Counsel for the 1st respondent Municipality submitted that Ext.P2 appeal has been considered and disposed of as per decision dated 23.12.2022 and the same has been communicated to the petitioner. The relief sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition is for a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider ExtP2 appeal which has now been disposed of as per the decision dated 23.12.2022.
