2. When the matter came up for admission on 14 th December, 2022, we directed

the learned Senior Government Pleader to get instructions. On this day, when the matter came up for further hearing, by inviting attention of this Court to a proceeding No.L1/102/2021-Rev. dated 13th December, 2022, Mr.Tek Chand - learned Senior Government Pleader, submitted that the directions issued by this Court in W.A.No.1164 of 2022 dated 25.8.2022, have been complied with.

3. While acknowledging the implementation of the directions, Mr.R.Nikhil - learned counsel for contempt petitioner seeks leave to challenge the above said order.
