Petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext P2 Form 5 application.

2. Petitioner is the absolute owner in possession of 0.71 ares of property comprised in Sy.No. 4/1-7 of Chelakkara Village in Thalappilly Taluk. Petitioner submits that the property is wrongly included in the data bank.

3. Heard the learned Government Pleader also.

4. After hearing both sides, I am inclined to dispose of the writ

petition with a direction to the respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext P2 Form 5 application submitted by the petitioner and take a final decision on the same as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. With the above said direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
