.....deepa narayanan;sr.gp this writ petition (civil) having come up for admission on21.11.2023, the court on the same day delivered the following:judgmentaccording to the petitioner, the land belonging to him is shown in the name of others in the revenue records. aggrieved thereby, the petitioner had earlier approached this court in w.p(c) no.9835 of 2019 and by ext.p2 judgment, this court directed the district collector or any other competent authority to consider the representation submitted by him in this regard. the petitioner submits that despite the directions in ext.p2 judgment, no action has been taken by the 1st respondent to correct the entry in the revenue records. 2.i have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned government pleader for the respondents. in the facts and circumstances of the case, there will be a direction to the 1st respondent to consider ext.p1 representation, after hearing the petitioner and any other interested / affected persons as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. this writ petition is disposed of as above. sd/- murali purushothaman judge sj appendix of wp(c) 35975/2023 petitioner exhibits exhibit-p1 a true copy of the representation dated 24-01-2019 presented before the 1st respondent exhibit-p2 a true copy of the judgment dated 29-03- 2019 of this honourable court in w. p.(c) no. 9835 of 2019

JUDGMENT

According to the petitioner, the land belonging to him is shown in the name of others in the revenue records. Aggrieved thereby, the petitioner had earlier approached this court in W.P(C) No.9835 of 2019 and by Ext.P2 judgment, this court directed the District Collector or any other competent authority to consider the representation submitted by him in this regard. The petitioner submits that despite the directions in Ext.P2 judgment, no action has been taken by the 1st respondent to correct the entry in the revenue records. 2.I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the respondents.
