ORDER

This Crl.M.C has been filed seeking a direction to the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, North Paravur, to consider any bail application that may be filed by the petitioner on the date of surrender.

2. Petitioner is the 2nd accused in Crime No.988/2023 of

North Paravur Police Station, Ernakulam district. The allegation against the petitioner is that she along with the 1 st accused (who is stated to be the Managing Director of a company called ‘Kottolas Group of Business’) approached the defacto complainant and received an amount of Rs.32,000/- under the pretext that they will arrange license for export business and for that purpose they

received the said amount from the defacto complainant. The allegation against the petitioner, who is the 2 nd accused is that the petitioner/2nd accused aided the 1st accused in the commission of the crime.

3. Heard the learned Senior Public Prosecutor also. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the

learned Senior Public Prosecutor and having regard to the limited nature of relief sought for by the petitioner, this Crl.M.C. will stand disposed of directing that if the petitioner surrenders before Crl.MC NO.9058 OF 2023 3

the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, North Paravur, on or before 10-11-2023, any bail application filed by the petitioner shall be considered by that Court on the same day. The petitioner shall not be arrested in connection with Crime No.988/2023 of North Paravur Police Station, Ernakulam district, till 10-11-2023.
