ORDER
The prayer in this Crl.M.C. is as follows:- “….this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to direct the Enquiry Commissioner & Special Judge, (Vigilance) Muvattupuzha to release the passport of the petitioner in the interest of justice.”
2. Heard both sides.
3. As per Annexure-1 order, this Court had directed the petitioner to surrender his passport before the Court below. In compliance with the directions, the petitioner surrendered his passport before the trial Court.
4. The petitioner seeks release of his passport for renewal of Visa to visit a foreign country. The State has no objection in releasing the passport for the minimum purpose of renewal of his Visa.
5. Having regard to the above submissions, the Special
Judge (Vigilance) is directed to release the passport surrendered by the petitioner. The petitioner shall return the passport after the renewal of the Visa.
