JUDGMENT

This Contempt of Court Case has been filed

complaining that the directions contained in the judgment

dated 02.08.2023 in W.P.(C) No.20898 of 2023 has not been complied with.

2. The learned Government Pleader submits that the

order has been complied with and hand over a copy of the

order passed.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner

submits that though the order states that notice was issued to the petitioner, no such notice was issued to the petitioner. Learned Government pleader submits that if the petitioner or her authorised representative appears before the officer, fresh orders can be passed after taking note of any document (that may be produced by the petitioner) and considering the directions issued by this Court in the judgment dated 02.08.2023.
