This Crl.M.C is filed with the following prayrs:

a) To quash Annexure-III to VI issued by the respondents 4 to 7 on 11.08.2023 freezing the bank account of the petitioner maintained with the first respondent at IDFC, Bank at the MG Road, Ravipuram Branch with account number 10101218919. b) To lift the freezing order with respect to the accounts of the petitioner. c) To grant any other relief which the petitioner prays for from time to time and to pass any other order in the interest of justice.

2. The respondents in this case are the Station House

Officer of Banashankari Police Station, Thygaraja Nagar at Bangalore and other officials from other states. I am of the considered opinion that, if the petitioner has got any grievance, the remedy is not a petition under section 482 Cr.P.C. The petitioner can avail appropriate remedy in accordance to law.
