JUDGMENT

(Dated this the 30th day of November, 2023) The petitioners has approached this Court for a direction to provide adequate and effective police protection to the petitioner and his family from the acts of the 5th respondent and their henchmen.

2. The petitioners are husband and wife, they are running

business of manufacturing of cement rings for wells. The 5th respondent had offered an amount to the petitioners for purchasing the house of the petitioners. Since, the petitioners were not amenable to the same the 5th respondent started threatening the petitioners. The 5th respondent’s father also tried to attack the 2nd petitioner.
