Petitioner challenges the FIR in Crime No.781/2011 of Nedumbasserry Airport Police Station, Ernakulam District.

2. Sri.Noushad K.A., the learned Public Prosecutor, upon

instructions, submitted that, pursuant to the investigation into the said crime, a final report was filed and the same is now pending consideration as C.C.No.1175/2018 on the files of the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Angamaly.
