When the matter was taken up for consideration today, the learned Public Prosecutor upon instructions submitted that since the defacto complainant was not available as part of the investigation, a report has been filed as 'unknown case'. The aforesaid submission is recorded and the bail application is accordingly, closed. It is made clear that, if the petitioner is required by the Nedumangad Police Station, Thiruvananthapuram in connection with the alleged complaint, a notice under Section 41A of the Code of Criminal Procedure shall be issued to him.
