This is an application for anticipatory bail filed in Crime No.980 of 2023 of Koratty Police Station, Thrissur.
2. When this matter is taken up for consideration
today, the learned Public Prosecutor submits that investigation has revealed that the allegations against the petitioner are false. In the light of the above submission of the learned Public Prosecutor, the bail application is closed, making it clear that, if the presence of the petitioner is required in respect of any crime registered against him at the Koratty Police Station, a notice under Section 41A of the Code of Criminal Procedure shall be issued to him.
