Dated this the 27th day of July, 2023 It is submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor that since the place of occurrence in Crime No.961 of 2020, alleging commission of offences under Sections 326 and 354A IPC is Nazarathpettai Police Station, Tamil Nadu, the entire case diary has been transferred to the said police station for investigation. Therefore, details regarding the crime is not available in North Paravur Police Station, Ernakulam.

2. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner
