JUDGMENT

Petitioner sought for a direction to respondents 2, 3 and 5 to conduct an enquiry based upon the complaints filed by her.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor, upon instructions, submitted that pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner, a crime has been registered as FIR No.380 of 2023 before the Eloor Police Station.

3. In view of the above submission, which is recorded herein, the

grievance of the petitioner stands redressed for the time being. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed.
