.....with a direction to the petitioner to surrender and co-operate with the investigation. when the matter came up for consideration today, the learned public prosecutor upon instructions submitted that the petitioner had appeared before the investigating officer and fully co-operated with the investigation. the petitioner submits that he is ready and willing to co-operate further with the investigation. therefore, the above bail application is disposed of making the interim bail order absolute and with the following additional conditions:(i) the petitioner shall appear before the investigating officer in crime no.294 of 2022 of b.a. no.8290 of 2022 3 vazhikkadavu police station, as and when required by the investigating officer;(ii) the petitioner shall not tamper with any evidence;(iii) the petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any witness acquainted with him from disclosing such facts to the court or to any police officer;(iv) the petitioner shall not involve in any othercrime while on bail. if any of the aforesaid conditions are violated, the investigating officer in crime no.294 of 2022 of vazhikkadavu police station may file an application before the jurisdictional court for cancellation of bail. sd/- viju abraham,judge pm

Application for anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter came up for consideration on

23.11.2022, this Court has granted interim bail to the petitioner with a direction to the petitioner to surrender and co-operate with the investigation. When the matter came up for consideration today, the learned Public Prosecutor upon instructions submitted that the petitioner had appeared before the investigating officer and fully co-operated with the investigation. The petitioner submits that he is ready and willing to co-operate further with the investigation. Therefore, the above bail application is disposed of making the interim bail order absolute and with the following additional conditions:

(i) The petitioner shall appear before the investigating officer in Crime No.294 of 2022 of B.A. No.8290 of 2022 3 Vazhikkadavu Police Station, as and when required by the investigating officer;

(ii) The petitioner shall not tamper with any evidence;

(iii) The petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any witness acquainted with him from disclosing such facts to the court or to any police officer;

(iv) The petitioner shall not involve in any other
