Dated this the 30th day of September, 2023 This is an application for anticipatory bail.

2. Petitioners are accused in Crime No.890/2023 of

Aluva police station, Ernakulam district, alleging commission of offences under Sections 498A, 323, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 75 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015.

3. When this matter is taken up for consideration today,

the learned Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation officer reports that the custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not necessary, provided they co-operate with the investigation. It is submitted that the petitioners may be directed to appear before the investigating officer on a date to be fixed by this Court.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has no objection, in this application being disposed of taking note of the submission of the learned Public Prosecutor. .. 3 .. Accordingly, this application is closed recording the
