ORDER
This Crl.M.C. is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 960/2023 of Palakkad Town South Police Station based on settlement. The Public Prosecutor submitted that only one victim is arrayed as the respondent and there are other victims also. If that is the case, this Crl.M.C. cannot be entertained without impleading all the victims. The petitioner is free to file a fresh Crl.M.C., after arraying all the victims in this case, if the matter is actually settled with all the victims. Granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh Crl.M.C. this Crl.M. C is closed.
