Dated this the 23rd day of February, 2023 This is an application for regular bail filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, by the 3 rd accused in Crime No.592/2022 of Palarivattom Police Station, Ernakulam, where the accused alleged to have possessed 139.55 gram of MDMA, hid in a laptop bag kept in a scooter bearing registration No.KL-07-CD 3360 and hence committed offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 22(C) and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned

counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw this bail application. Accordingly, permission granted. In the result, the bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
