ORDER

The petitioner is the 3rd accused in Crime No. 1048 of 2018 of Kanjiramkulam Police Station. The aforesaid crime was registered on the basis of information submitted by the 2 nd respondent herein, and the offences alleged against the petitioner are under Sections 294(b), 341 & 506(ii) read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

2. Today when the matter came up for consideration, the

learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this Crl. M.C without prejudice to his right to challenge the final report if any filed against the petitioner in the aforesaid case.
