ORDER

Dated this the 18th day of August, 2023 This Crl.M.C has been filed to direct the Enquiry Commissioner & Special Judge, (Vigilance), Muvattupuzha (for short 'the court below') to release the passport of the petitioner and also to grant him permission to leave India.

2. The petitioner is the accused No.1 in V.C.No.1/2019 of the Vigilance and Anti-corruption Bureau, Ernakulam. The petitioner was granted bail by this Court as per Annexure 1

order on conditions. The petitioner has surrendered his

passport at the court below as a part of the bail conditions.

3. Now the petitioner wants to go to Egypt from 05.10.2023 to 08.10.2023. It is in these circumstances, the direction has been sought for.

4. I have heard both sides.

5. On an earlier occasion as well, this Court has permitted the petitioner to travel abroad. The permission sought for by the petitioner appears to be genuine. Hence, the
