This Criminal Miscellaneous Case is filed with following prayers: To quash Annexure A1 complaint and A2 FIR and all further proceedings in Crime No.710 of 2021 of Muhamma Police Station, in the interest of justice.

originally, this Court was pleased to observe that no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner. Now it is submitted by the Public Prosecutor that the final report is filed in Crime No.710/2021 of Muhamma Police Station before the jurisdictional court. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the final report, he is free to challenge the same.
