ORDER
The petitioner has approached this Court as he apprehends arrest in connection with the investigation of the crime No.808/2023 of Tanur Police Station.
2. Today, when the matter came up for consideration, the
learned Public Prosecutor upon instructions submitted that the petitioner has not been made an accused in this case. However, he needs to be interrogated as to his relationship with the accused and the others. Since the petitioner is not an accused, no orders are necessary in this application and accordingly, this application is closed, recording the submission of the learned Public Prosecutor.
