Dated this the 4th day of August, 2023 The petitioner has approached this Court as he apprehends arrest in connection the investigation of crime No.638/2023 of Nooranadu Police Station.
2. Today, when the matter came up for consideration, the
learned Public Prosecutor upon instructions submitted that the petitioner is the 1st accused and the offences alleged are under Section 447 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code. It is seen that both the aforesaid offences are bailable in nature. Therefore, further orders are not necessary.
