When this matter was called today, Smt.Zohra - learned counsel for the respondents submitted that her clients are in the process of considering the petitioner's claims and that an out of court settlement between them appears to be possible. She added that the concurrence of the competent Authority of her client is awaited for this purpose.

2. Sri.Mohan Pulickal - learned counsel for the

petitioner, however, submitted that he has no instructions about these developments. In the afore circumstances, I close this Arbitration Request; however, leaving liberty to the petitioner to seek a rehearing, in the event the disputes between the parties are not settled within a period of three weeks from today.
