1. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the

petitioner is a widow and she aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents 2 to 4 in giving effective and adequate protection to the life and person of the petitioner and her family members from the illegal and unlawful action of the respondents 5 to 10 and their henchmen.
