1. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the

petitioner is a widow and she aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents 2 to 4 in giving effective and adequate protection to the life and person of the petitioner and her family members from the illegal and unlawful action of the respondents 5 to 10 and their henchmen.

2. An order was passed by this court, directing respondents 3

to 4 to make a law and order and to ensure that no harm is cause to the petitioner and her family members . Though notice was ordered on 25.09.2020 process has not been paid till date.
