Dated this the 7th day of September, 2023 This is an application for pre-arrest bail filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

2. Petitioner is the sole accused in Crime No.628/2023 of Thalayolaparambu Police Station, Kottayam, alleging offence punishable under Section 381 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

3. This Court by order dated 20.07.2023, in B.A.No.5589/2023, directed the petitioner to surrender before the Investigating Officer to subject himself to interrogation.

4. Today, when this matter taken up for consideration,
