ORDER
The petitioner has approached this court as he apprehends arrest in connection with the investigation of a crime suspected to have been registered by a Thiruvallam Police Station on the basis of a complaint submitted by Smt. Ansila.M, the wife of the petitioner. Today, when the matter came up for consideration, the learned Public Prosecutor upon instructions submitted that, no crime has been registered against the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is closed, recording the above submission, however, clarifying that in case the presence of the petitioner is required in connection with the complaint submitted by Smit.Ansila M, the same can be procured by the investigating officer, after issuing a notice under Section 41A of the Cr.P.C. sd/- ZIYAD RAHMAN, A.A, JUDGE R.AV
