This original petition has been filed seeking an expeditious disposal of C.C No.629/2021 of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class-I, Kollam. By order dated 30- 06-2023 this court had called for a report from the Judicial Magistrate of First Class-I, Kollam. The learned Magistrate has reported that considering the number of cases pending in that court, a period of 10 months time may be required to dispose of the case. It is also reported that earnest efforts will be taken to dispose of the case in question. In the light of the report of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class-I, Kollam, the original petition is disposed of directing that, C.C No.629/2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class-I, Kollam shall be disposed of within a period of 10 months from today.
