This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, mother of the alleged detenue alleging that her daughter, aged 21 years, is in the illegal detention of the 5 th respondent and hence the petition seeking a writ of habeas corpus for directing the respondents to produce the detenue before this Court and to set her at liberty.

2. Pursuant to our order dated 26/06/2023, the alleged detenue

has been produced before us today. In our interaction with the alleged deteue, she submitted that she wants to go with her mother, the petitioner herein.
