This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, mother of the alleged detenue alleging that her daughter, aged 21 years, is in the illegal detention of the 5 th respondent and hence the petition seeking a writ of habeas corpus for directing the respondents to produce the detenue before this Court and to set her at liberty.

2. Pursuant to our order dated 26/06/2023, the alleged detenue

has been produced before us today. In our interaction with the alleged deteue, she submitted that she wants to go with her mother, the petitioner herein. Hence the detenue is set at liberty and permitted to go with the petitioner, her mother. The writ petition is closed.
