ORDER
The revision petition is filed assailing the order in MC No.101/2014 of the Family Court, Alappuzha, directing the revision petitioner to pay the respondent monthly maintenance allowance @ Rs.2,500/- from the date of application (13.8.2014). The revision petitioner was the respondent and the respondent was the petitioner before the Family Court.
2. Heard; Sri.M.P.Madhavankutty, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner and Sri.Paul Kuriakose, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
3. The learned counsel appearing on both sides submitted that the subject matter in dispute between
the revision petitioner and the respondent has been harmoniously settled and they have resumed cohabitation. Therefore, the revision petitioner is no
longer desirous of prosecuting this revision petition. Hence, the revision petition may be dismissed as withdrawn. The said submission is recorded. Resultantly, the revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. ma/22.12.2023 Sd/-C.S.DIAS, JUDGE
