ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submits that due to the subsequent events that have been transpired, the revision petitioner is no longer desirous of prosecuting the revision petition. Hence, the revision petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.

2. Although, the revision petition was filed as early
