The revision petition is filed questioning the legality and the correctness of the order in M.C. No.26/2015 of the Family Court, Nedumangad, ordering the revision petitioner to pay the respondent monthly maintenance at the rate of Rs.5,000/- from the date of petition (23.01.2015). The revision petitioner was the respondent and the respondent was the petitioner before the Family Court.

2. Today when the revision petition was

taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on both sides submitted that the subject matter in dispute between the parties has been settled as per the memorandum of mediation settlement agreement executed between the them before the Family Court. Therefore, the revision petitioner is no longer desirous of prosecuting this revision petition. The revision petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.
