Petitioner has approached this Court, seeking consideration of Ext.P5 application filed by the petitioner in Form No.8 appended to the Survey and Boundaries Rules, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Learned Senior Government Pleader submits that there is no objection in such a direction being issued to the 1 st respondent.

3. Having regard to the limited nature of relief sought

for by the petitioner and considering the fact that Ext.P5 application is filed only on 04.05.2023, the writ petition will stand disposed of, directing the 1st respondent to consider Ext.P5 application, in accordance with the law and take appropriate action thereon, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
