ORDER

This is an application for Anticipatory Bail submitted by the petitioners, as they apprehended arrest in connection with a crime suspected to have been registered by Tirur Police.

2. Today when the matter came up for consideration, the

learned Public Prosecutor upon instructions submitted that, no crime has been registered against the petitioners. Even though a complaint was received from Abdul Azeez, the matter was mediated and settlement was arrived at, consequent to which the said Abdul Azeez withdraw the said complaint.
