This petition is filed seeking to quash Annexure-A2 FIR in Crime No. 106 of 2021 of the Parappanagadi Police Station. The petitioner is the 1st accused in the above crime. When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that no interim order was granted by this Court in the course of proceedings, and the investigation has been completed. Faced with the said submission, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner requests that the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report if so advised. Reserving such right, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
